SHIPPING & HANDLING

You DO NOT have to use Freeman Services for shipping/ handling. TCEI does not use a third-party handler for incoming and outbound packages and freight. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, handling, and fees.

Exhibit materials may be delivered between March 23- April 1 to the Cadence Bank Center.

VENDOR SET-UP

Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, March 31 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All exhibitors must have their exhibits set up and ready for display by 5:00 p.m. on that day.


Booths may not use pop-up displays higher than 8 ft., exception can be made if items are part of the product(s)/ service(s) offered by your company. No exhibits will be set up on Wednesday, April 1.

 

DISMANTLE BOOTHS

No exhibits/displays may be dismantled before 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

YOU are responsible for providing all shipping materials to have your packages shipped back to your company. YOU will also need to prepare packages for shipping. If you require a freight pick-up, you need to schedule the pick-up with your carrier. Allow time for your team to get your crate packaged up and for EXPO staff to get it to the loading dock. Do not schedule freight pick before 2pm on Thursday.  Freight can be picked up Monday- Friday from 8am to 5pm at the Cadence Bank Center.

 

BOOTH INCLUDES:

Your 8x10 and 16x10 exhibit booth registration includes the following:
   • 8ft clothed table (2 tables for larger booths)
   • electricity (you need to provide a cord)
   • two chairs
   • WIFI

Additional tables and Lead Retrieval can be added.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Decorator Services can assist you with specialized tables, carpet, etc. They will also assist you with shipping if you want to contract with them.
