OTA Foundation
The Oklahoma Telephone Association Foundation was formed in 1993 for the main purpose of helping students pursue their academic careers in higher education. Scholarships are available for full-time students attending Oklahoma universities, four and two-year colleges and post-secondary career technology curriculums.

We are a statewide association of the small, rural telephone cooperatives and independent local and/or family-owned telephone companies. TSTCI members are committed to providing rural Texas with the best telecommunications available.
