Where is the EXPO held?
The EXPO takes place at the Cadence Bank Center in Belton, Texas.

What is the closest Airport?
Austin | 72 miles (approx. 1 hour)
Dallas | 140 miles (approx. 2.5 hours)

Is there a shuttle from the airport?
No
​
Is there a contracted Hotel Block?
No. We do not have a public hotel block for the EXPO. It is recommended you stay in hotels in the Belton, Temple and Salado area. Area Hotels
​
Is parking available onsite?
Yes, free parking is available at the Cadence Bank Center.
​
REGISTRATION
​
Can I register onsite?
Yes, onsite registration will be available, but we recommend pre-registering to avoid lines and ensure you receive all event materials.
​
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, substitutions are allowed. Please email the EXPO office with the name, title, company, and email of the new attendee.
​
Can I request my golf foursome?
Yes. Special requests are due by March 1 and foursomes may not qualify for prizes.
We can’t guarantee special requests after March 15.
​
Can my spouse register?
Yes. There is a small registration fee, that will cover meals and tradeshow.
​
Are meals included in my registration?
Yes. The following are included: Crawfish & Shrimp Boil and BBQ. Wednesday Lunch and Wednesday
30th Celebration.

I need to cancel my registration, is it refundable?
Registrations received by end of day on February 28, 2026 can be refunded. Request for refunds must be via email to tcei.expo@gmail.com

What is the dress code for the event?
Attendees will be in casual dress. Company polos and jeans are often seen throughout the event.

SHIPPING
​
When can booths & packages start arriving at the EXPO?
Shipments can arrive the week of March 23, through March 31, 2026.
​
Is there a loading dock on-site?
No, there is not a loading dock on-site. Please ensure that freight can be unloaded from the truck using a forklift or pallet jack.
​
Do I have to ship using show services?
No. You may choose any freight carrier you prefer; however, you are responsible for scheduling the pickup and ensuring that your freight is properly assembled and accompanied by the necessary paperwork.

Will someone from EXPO notify me or confirm my shipment has arrived on-site?
No, EXPO staff or Cadence Bank Center will not notify you or confirm when your shipment has arrived on-site.
​
Return Shipping from Expo
You are responsible for coordinating your return shipping from the EXPO to its final destination. This includes scheduling the pick-up with your carrier and ensuring all required paperwork is properly completed. Pick-up can be made Monday- Friday from 8a to 5p. Shippers can contact the Cadence Bank Center for the location of shipment (254) 933-5353

Can I store empty crates and packing materials at the EXPO?
Yes, a designated storage area will be available.
​
How will my shipment get to my booth?
All shipments that arrive before April 1 will be placed in your booth before you arrive to set up.
​
Can I carry my booth into the tradeshow?
Yes, you can carry your booth into the exhibit hall. We will have staff to assist if needed.
​
Is there a forklift on-site to assist?
Yes, there will be a forklift and certified operator on-site to assist with offloading freight.
​
EXHIBITING
​
Does the exhibit booth have carpet?
No. The EXPO building has a concrete floor. Carpet can be added to your booth through decorator services.
​
Does the exhibit booth include electrical?
Yes. Each booth has access to One (1) 125 VAC outlet. It is encouraged for vendors to bring an extension cord. If you need more power than this, you will need to contact us.
​
Can I get a hardline dropped to my booth?
Yes. This must be coordinated ahead of time and requested at the time of registration. There is an additional fee for this service.
​
Do I get to select my booth location?
No. All booth spaces are assigned. You may request booth locations during registration, but we can't guarantee.
​
How are booth locations assigned?
Top Tier Sponsors will get first rights to an exhibit space. The committee will then ASSIGN booths based on past show attendance and sponsorship levels.
​
How are OUTDOOR booth locations assigned?
Outdoor booth locations are on a first arrive basis. Items need to be secured properly.
​
Can I set up a tent in my outdoor space?
Yes. The tent needs to be properly secured.
​
Are their customer passes available with our booth?
No. There are no passes included with your booth. All attendees must register.
​
Can I get additional tables or chairs in my booth?
Yes. Our staff can accommodate this request on-site for 8ft tables and chairs. Specialty tables will need to be specially ordered through the decorator service.
​
Can I get a 6' table?
6' tables can be rented through decorator services.
​
Is my booth vacuumed in the evenings?
No.
​
Can the dirt be removed from the dirt arena booth?
No.
​
Can carpet be added to booths in the dirt arena?
Yes, at your cost. The carpet will not be cleaned or vacuumed during the show.
​
Is there on-site security?
Yes. There is 24/7 security from March 31- April 2. Exhibitors will not be allowed in the EXPO Hall after tradeshow hours.
